Macostar values your business and always attempts to provide the very best services to you.
1.Macostar Technology Ltd. Will not assume responsibility for any equipment which has not been installed or operated in accordance with the equipment¡¯s operation/user manual.
2.The maintenance contract is ¡°VOID¡± if the equipment has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse or has been serviced or modified by anyone other than Macostar Service Personnel.
3.If the equipment fail in the inspection test and need to be repair, Macostar will inform the company and the repair procedure will be applied.
4.Free services of the scheme not include damage caused by careless handling, negligence, accidents, misuse, abuse or improper operation of the equipments.
5.Services include parts or components except consumable parts and for some special parts or components, the lead time for parts delivery are subject to the supplier or the manufactory; if some of the equipment was discontinued, no spare part is available from the manufactory.
