Warranty Policy

Macostar values your business and always attempts to provide the very best services to you.

  1. If the equipment fails in the inspection test and needs to be repair, Macostar will inform the company and the repair procedure will be applied.
  2. Services include parts or components except consumable parts and for some special parts or components. Spare parts availability (especially discontinued items) and delivery lead time are subject to manufacturer availability.
  3. Free services of the scheme exclude damage caused by careless handling, negligence, accidents, misuse, abuse or improper operation of the equipment’s.
  4. Macostar Technology Ltd. will not assume responsibility for any equipment which has not been installed or operated in accordance with the equipment’s operation/user manual.
  5. The maintenance contract is “VOID” if the equipment has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse or has been serviced or modified by anyone other than Macostar Service Personnel.
