We would like to inform you that effective 22 December 2015, Macostar has made the decision to discontinue our XACT, XCITE, XPRESS Colour Scrollers and XTRA Dimming Shutter series. We will no longer be accepting new orders. Spare parts will be available for 6 months until 21 May 2016. Nevertheless, we will continue to support in-warranty product repairs.
While Macostar makes every effort to support legacy products long after our series exit the market, certain parts and accessories may become unavailable. We encourage customers with ageing equipment to explore product upgrade opportunities or alternative solutions that will better meet your needs.
