Macostar International Ltd today announced changes to the leadership of its local and international sales. These changes will take immediate effect.
Keith Au-yeung, General Manager of Macostar Hong Kong Ltd, Macostar Technology Ltd and Macostar Engineering Ltd, will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales operation and supervising the sales team and sales administration team. He will assume the role of Francis Fung, who has stepped down as Vice President (Business Development) on November 1, 2014 and will support the transition in an advisory role until November 15, 2014. “We take this opportunity to thank Francis for his dedications to the company and we wish him all the best in his new phase of professional career.” said Derek Chow, President of Macostar International Ltd.
With over 30 years of experience and diverse knowledge in audio, video, stage lighting and machinery systems, Keith Au-yeung joined Macostar in 1997 and has been Deputy General Manager of the company in 2000-2013. In January 2014, he has been appointed General Manager, responsible for the sales territories of Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
In his new capacity, Keith will report to Derek Chow and is responsible for strengthening the company’s position in local markets as well as helping Macostar Technology Ltd to export Macostar products to international markets.
Commenting on his new appointment, Keith said, “We look forward to this new simplified team structure to help us grow stronger relationships with our customers, dealers and suppliers, and to increase our responsiveness to their needs.”
